It is difficult to believe, but five weeks have already flown by. I've been busy with the teaching and with my primary job. In addition, like everyone else, I got the winter bug. Although never bedridden (like last year), it really slowed me down for a surprisingly long time. One of my fellow professors actually developed pneumonia. Anyway, this may just remain a five week gap, so let's move on to the first real excitement...
